Retail Water Loss

At this popular phone retail location one of their toilets decided that it wanted to flood the building with water. So SERVPRO of South Garland headed out to deal with this. We quickly took a look at the situation and formed a drying plan to get the environment stabilized and the structure dried out quickly. We set up out dehumidifier and fans and monitored them and the structure for a few days. Once our technicians saw the structure was dried to safe levels, we removed our fans and dehumidifiers, and then this business was back to pre loss conditions. The customer was happy that they were able to continue working while they were drying out and that they are now back to having no water flooding the building.
