Room Tear Out

This was a fire caused by an electrical malfunction in the walls of this room. the good thing about this fire was that the door was closed when the fire started and left the rest of the house in a condition that could be restored. this room, however, could not be saved so we removed all carpet, drywall, and ceilings, then re-boarded up the window to make a better seal to keep water out of the room. this room is now ready for a builder to come in and rebuild the finishing of this room. here at SERVPRO of South Garland it is our goal to give the best service no mater what the job is.
