Hotel SOS

A contractor working on a hotel in the north Dallas area gave us a call to come out and save their rooms. The structure had just opened for occupancy when it was found that one of the drains for multiple air conditioning units was leaking causing two units on the ground floor to flood. SERVPRO of south garland headed their way. when we arrived the contractor had already pulled the carpets up and we got right to extraction the water while they were still trying to identify where exactly the leak was located. once they found the leak and we set up out fans and dehumidifiers, we monitored the dry-down process and they are now ready to relay the carpet and re furnish the unit.
