Kitchen Drywall Contaminated With Microbial Growth

This is yet another example of what can happen when materials in your home , remain damp and untreated. This kitchen drywall and insulation was contaminated with suspected microbial growth because a water leak was not found for some time, and then developed into something much bigger. we then took and set up a Negative air work area containment then removed all drywall, insulation, and any other effected materials. we then cleaned and put an anti- microbial solution that removes live microbial growth, then applied a growth inhibitor to keep the spores from creating new growth. this kitchen is now ready to be rebuilt and is free of microbial growth.
