Fire Damaged Bathroom

This bathroom was right next to the source room in this fire, and had heavy soot contamination. Due to the amount of time that this room sat affected by the soot before SERVPRO could get to clean it, the walls and ceiling ended up being stained, but could be painted over. Due to the resilient nature of the tile and, tub those items were able to be cleaned and saved with minimal lasting damage. This Bathroom was saved by the professional restorers at SERVPRO of South Garland. The customer was very happy with what we could do for them as this had sat for a considerable amount of time, and this house is now restored and customers happy.
