Burnt Out Closet

This closet and room took a beating during a recent fire. SERVPRO of South Garland was called in to do remediation on this property. since it had been sitting for some time you can see that the soot even though we could clean it off of the doors still left staining that would have to be painted over. and because the walls had a flat paint on them the soot was absorbed and the drywall needed to be removed. if we did not remove the drywall a smoke smell would have permeated the house for many years to come no mater how you seal the walls. this house is now ready for the owner to bring in someone to replace the drywall and paint.
