The sprinklers go off in the middle of the night, who takes charge, who calls who? Do you know where and how to turn off the water during freezing temperatures when the pipes burst and flood the offices or the apartments? Do your tenants know who to call? Are you really prepared?
These are the questions that everyone should know the answers to considering it is wintertime and the freezing weather is upon us.
