The winter months can create significant challenges for property managers. Even though snow and ice is not a big problem in Texas and don’t have the predictability of grass and shrubs.   Grass and shrubs do not cause ice and snow to dam up and freeze pipe but trees can get heavy with ice and snow and that can cause issues.
